SMS Policy

SMS Program Overview

Volt's SMS notification service ("SMS Program") keeps customers informed about their orders and enables restaurants to communicate efficiently with their customers. Our SMS services are integrated across all platforms: POS, online ordering, mobile app, and kiosk systems.

Program Description: By enrolling, you agree to receive automated text messages from Volt and participating restaurant partners regarding order status, delivery updates, promotional offers, and account notifications.

Consent & Opt-In

Express Written Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and:
